Hacienda Xcanatun
(ssh-kana-toon) “Tall Stone House,” strategically located only a few minutes
from our hotel, invites us to an authentic Hacienda experience. It took its owners five painstaking years to
restore the abandoned 18th century sisal hacienda to its original
grandeur; a labor of love where the traditional elegance is accomplished with a
contemporary style and comfort.
In this
peaceful retreat nestled amongst acres of vibrant tropical gardens and
manicured lawns, where the only sounds are predominantly from the birds and
