Dance – Enter the inner aspects of the self and explore the body, mind,
spirit connection.
Ø Soul
Retrieval – Journey to find and bring back lost pieces of the
soul.
Ø The Dance
of Discovery – Discover an inner mask, give it life and
then dance your expression.
Ø Power
Animal Retrieval – Connect with the spirits of the forest and
journey for your power animal.
Ø Holotropic
~ Shamanic Breathwork – Allow the music to get deep within and mixed with
your breath loosen up material that is sitting in your subconscious that needs
to be released and is holding you back.
Ø Tantric
Shamanism – Powerful exercises that will help you deeply
connect with the self and others. Breath, sound, movement, mantras, safe touch
and more.
Ø The rite
of prayers with the pipe - The sacred pipe ceremony is a very important ritual
of native people's culture as they travel the Red Road (the spiritual path).
The native road of balance and connection with the Great Spirit, the sacred
pipe is the way to clear communication with the; The Great Mystery, god and
goddess and ask for what we need in devotional prayer.
Ø Temazcal
- In preparation for the Temazcal we will make our personal prayer ties,
and will bring them into the Temazcal as an offering to the Great Spirit.
